Scene 1: former high school sweethearts meet at their school’s 50 year reunion. Both widowed, they face the death of former classmates and try to recapture the feelings that brought them together as teens. They find that the forces that broke them up before keep them apart, even in the face of old age and death.
Scene 2: God, a sexy young woman, calls on an older businessman to ask for a “deal” consisting of alterations to his will in exchange for “considerations.”
Scene 3: an old man mentally sorts through old songs and memories as he tries to figure out why his best friend, who usually meets him at the park, isn’t there.
Scene 4: a man comes back to his father’s grave. There he meets a young woman who is dying of cancer and has come to see her future grave and perhaps move in.
Scene 5: two old men meet in a waiting room in the afterlife, maybe heaven, maybe hell, maybe something else, but not what they expected. They try to figure out where they are until a “gay” angel arrives to send one off to run a topless donut shop in heaven and the other back to earth to be a saint in his next life, whether he wants to be or not.
