Produced by Koalaty Presentations, Atlanta, GA, 2000. Portions produced by Artists Repertory Theatre for Orlando Fringe Festival, 1999, under title “Divergent Illusions Limited.”

A collection of absurd comic sketches dealing with the illusions men and women have about sex and morality during various stages of life.  A series of papers fall from the fly space, men and women find the papers, read them silently, then trade pieces of clothing; –a man expresses his sexual fantasy to a woman, and starts to act it out, but her fantasy revolves around flowers, dinner, and children; –four people meditate, one person tips out of the lotus position in a trance, and is fondled by another meditator. 

Actors work on a satirical Romeo and Juliet, one actor is discovered dead, the police try to re-create the murder and in the process the director kills himself with a prop gun, Juliet dies from poisoned fake breasts, the playwright is shot, and the police kill each other; –men gawk at a dancer wearing a leotard while taking no notice of the naked waitress;  –a man and a woman wake up in bed together, but neither recalls meeting; exploring the closet they find clothing that fits them, they notice they are wearing wedding rings, and looking in the mirror are startled to find themselves in their forties; they find a newspaper and are stunned that it is 20 years later than they thought; –21 scenes in all.
