Ah, the sounds of Spring
The buzz of the lawn mowers
The twitter of the string trimmers
The chirps of the leaf blowers
Yes, Spring, when the world comes back to life
As daylight savings time commands the sun to shine longer
And April showers bring lightning strikes
And towns test their tornado sirens
Spring, when pollen bursts forth into sneezes
Coloring our cars a dull yellow
Making us all forget
How bad winter really was.
